My stay at the hotel was mixed. The rooms offered ample dresser space, but the unrenovated state and dirty balcony door were disappointing. The staff, while courteous, was a bit slow to act. On the bright side, the location was excellent with easy access to the Old City and Mamilla Mall.
The hotel on the 20th floor offered ample dresser space; however, it could use a shelf in the bathroom. The rooms were spacious and updated with a great shower, making for a very comfortable stay. Unfortunately, the loud construction noise until Sunday was a downside.
The hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were clean, oversize, and equipped with everything we needed, the check-in time was inconveniently late in the afternoon. However, the location was amazing, within walking distance of major attractions and with stunning views. The service was friendly and attentive, especially from Ronit, the PR lady. The dining options were okay but could have been better.
The hotel is located in the heart of the city, offering spacious and impeccably clean rooms with a great shower. The breakfast selection is wide, and having a pool in the city center is a bonus. However, some staff members were not as helpful as expected.
The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants and shops in Jerusalem, including a supermarket nearby. The rooms were very clean and well-stocked, although we noticed some crumbs and chips on the carpet. The service was excellent, with friendly staff ready to assist, and the location suited us perfectly. However, the dining experience was underwhelming with limited fruit options. Overall, a comfortable stay with great service and convenient location.
