My stay at the hotel was mixed. The rooms offered ample dresser space, but the unrenovated state and dirty balcony door were disappointing. The staff, while courteous, was a bit slow to act. On the bright side, the location was excellent with easy access to the Old City and Mamilla Mall.

The hotel on the 20th floor offered ample dresser space; however, it could use a shelf in the bathroom. The rooms were spacious and updated with a great shower, making for a very comfortable stay. Unfortunately, the loud construction noise until Sunday was a downside.

However, the location was amazing, within walking distance of major attractions and with stunning views. The service was friendly and attentive, especially from Ronit, the PR lady.
